SURVEYOR

Phil was born and grew up in Suffolk and, from a young age, was always very sporty, showing a natural talent and enthusiasm for various sports. He became successful in many disciplines, but especially with football, playing at a high level until an injury brought his promising career to an early end.
After leaving school, he applied to join the Police force; however, partway through the process, a recruitment freeze was imposed, which meant he had to look for alternative employment. This led him to take a job at a local golf course, where he gained valuable experience and skills working with the public. From there, the opportunity arose to work for a local surveying company as an assistant, and he has never looked back. Although surveying wasn’t a career path he had originally envisioned for himself, he soon became passionate about it. With a strong work ethic and determination, Phil was able to complete in-house training before moving on to a larger surveying company. There, he further developed his skills and expanded his professional expertise. Eventually, he relocated to Somerset, where he founded his own surveying company.
One of Phil’s biggest personal achievements is completing a challenging Ironman triathlon in 2012, a remarkable testament to his dedication and perseverance. Although he no longer participates in competitive events, Phil still enjoys running for fitness and has, more recently, embraced cold water swimming as part of his active and healthy lifestyle.

OFFICE MANAGER

Danni has always lived in Somerset and began her working life within the care sector, primarily within domiciliary care. Over time, she steadily worked her way up to supervisor level, a role that led her into the office where she supported and trained care assistants, helping to improve their skills and the quality of care provided. She dedicated a full 10 years to this role before deciding to leave her position in order to focus on starting and nurturing a family, a decision that marked a significant and fulfilling life change.
Following this transition, she expanded her professional horizons by training in the holistic practices of sound healing and Reiki, broadening her skill set and deepening her understanding in these complementary healing modalities, which she then offered to others for several years.
Alongside her role at Reeder Surveys, Danni also embraces the important responsibility of home educating her and Phil’s daughter, skilfully managing to balance her professional duties with her personal and family commitments.
In her spare time, Danni enjoys spending time outdoors; frequently going on long, peaceful walks in the beautiful countryside, and indulging her passion for photography, capturing the natural beauty and quiet, reflective moments of the world around her.
